I have over 16 years of experience as a professional Basketball player. Having played at all levels has afforded me the ability to understand what is expected of athletes at all stages of their journey. My experience in organized sports for over 30 years has helped me develop qualities such as; loyalty, respect, accountability, dignity, and pride. Those qualities have carried over into my carried over in all of my life.

I will evaluate and assess each individual player. I use different skills tests to evaluate their skill level .
