His dedication to his athletes lives and development is unlike any other trainer that I have trained with. He is invested in how their athletic journey is progressing and he will always give them the best opportunity to succeed. The workouts themselves are brutal, but they’re designed specifically for an athlete. If you ask him to work on a certain part of your game or group of muscles, he has a workout that is designed to make you a healthier and better athlete overall. He’s tough but it’s only because he has played at the collegiate and professional level, so he knows what it takes to make it to those levels.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with a new client, I start with the basics. I have a specific series of movements and drills I use to determine the athleticism of each client. Once I know where to start, I can give each client the exact training they need to reach their potential
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I played football and Cal Berkeley, and for the Arizona Cardinals.

Prices are as followed.
$80 per session
$600 for 10 sessions (Standard package )
How did you get started teaching?
I’ve always knew I wanted to start training when my football career came to and end.
What types of students have you worked with?
I’ve worked with kids starting at 5 years old, the top high school players as well as some of the top college athletes in the country.
