About this pro

Every coach has played professional or collegiate baseball. We focus on the neuro side of sports, as well as the basics.  Each athlete is individually assessed and a program is created to suit their specific needs. We offer 4 week to 11 month full year packages.

In our first two years at the Houston location, we have sent 24+ HS kids to play on at the collegiate level and have had one draft pick - (Drevian Nelson) 14th round by the LA Angels.

I love seeing the growth from our athletes through developent with data.  Tracking the athlete's progress is definitely one of my favorite parts of the job.

The instructors here really take the time to get to know you and what your personal goals are. Pricing is reasonable, and they are also really good about flexibility in terms of scheduling lessons. It’s an extremely encouraging and motivating environment; there’s some tough love there when it’s needed, but you are never allowed to lose faith in yourself or your abilities. I know my son’s love for the game and confidence as a hitter has grown tremendously. My son has been working on his swing with Coach Greg for about a month now, and the improvements we have seen in just a short amount of time is incredible. Lessons are versatile and challenging. Coach Greg really knows how to take all of the most up-to-date science and physics of hitting, and implement them in such a way that it makes it easy to understand and follow for hitters of all ages and experience levels, and for the parents as well. I would definitely recommend Vendetta Sports Academy to anyone who is open-minded, and serious about putting in the work, making positive changes, and seeing the results. They are the best - thank you Vendetta for all of your hard work and the knowledge you have shared with us!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Each athlete recieves an individual assesment, which will identify each player's strengths and weakenesses. At VSA we customize the program for each athlete, so the assesment is very important.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Pricing varies based on age and ability level. I work with athletes from 5 years old all the way to the MLB,MiLB, and collegiate levels.

Lessons start at $40 for a half hour and range from $100-$1,000 in package form.  Each athlete is programmed so that progress can be followed from the athlete's iphone etc.

How did you get started teaching?

One of my former college coaches told me I would make a great coach, so I have been instructing ever since!
