1stOption Sports provides elite level basketball training for young, aspiring athletes at an affordable price. My program is designed to push athletes to reach their full potential by achieving peak physical conditioning while honing their individual skills. Trainees will partake in a number of drills that have proven effective at the middle school, high school, and high-major Division I level that emphasize:

- Ball Handling

- Shooting & Perimeter Skills

- Footwork

- Post-play

- Defensive Skillwork

- Agility, Speed and Strength

  Training

- Toughness, Competitive Edge,

   and Work Ethic

An athlete's threshold is always much higher than where they think it is, these workouts are designed emphatically on that principle. I take players and get them to work at a pace/level far above what they previously believed they were capable of. Once my student/athletes make this discovery, their games begin to change in a profound way and they are never allowed to digress. I've learned from personal experience this is what's necessary to be an elite athlete in high school, college and the professional ranks and I hold all of my clients to that same standard.

I love to see a kid's confidence as a player grow, as well as their overall on court skills improve.
