I'm very attentive and personable. I can adjust to and teach to many different personality types as well as athletic abilities.
Life is a journey. I'm just happy to be here and share what I learned that helped me achieve my athletic goals and help me become a better person overall. Sometimes we get so caught up on the obstacles that we will face on our journey , that we lose track of the destination. Obstacles help us develop character and help us be prepared for when we do arrive for our destination, either mentally or physically. I live off the 5 P's. PROPER PREPARATION PREVENTS POOR PROGRESS
My favorite part about my job is help others prepare for that journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Get to know the goals of the student. Evaluate the skill level and come up with a sound program tailored for the players individually and unique development
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Majored in Athletic Training, Exercise Science, and Biology Pre-Med at the University of Louisiana Lafayette and Biology Pre-Med at William Penn University where I also played basketball and ran the 400M.
