Hello families, my name is Ben Canty I am a 21 y/o ex-collegiate/ pro/semi-pro basketball player and trainer

I’ve traveled the world collecting knowledge, experience, and medals/ awards!

My knowledge of the game spreads back before my time due to my upbringing.

Just a young ambitious kid from Detroit MI that looks to spread not only knowledge but also an experience.

My services includes

-hands on training/ live defense and condition based drills

-film breakdown (player based)
