I have been blessed to have played up to the semi pro (TBA)& professional level (ABA). I am a 4 time 3-point champion with extended range behind the arc. I've been utilizing these principles and techniques for almost 2 decades now. I'm very passionate about perfecting my craft and being a complete player.

I'm very diverse with my fitness training and a variety of financial services as well. I personally apply or have utilized the principles I teach.

I love seeing the growth and development in my clients and myself as well. It's so rewarding seeing the fruits of your labor manifest right before your eyes.
