I currently play on a semi pro (TBA)& professional level (ABA). I am a 4 time 3-point champion with extended range behind the arc. I've been utilizing these principles and techniques for almost 2 decades now. I'm very passionate about perfecting my craft and bring a complete player. I'm very diverse with my fitness training as well. I personally utilize or have utilized the principles I teach. These may include but not limited to toning, bulking up, strength training, circuit training, HIIT, sports specific conditioning.
I love seeing the growth and development in my clients and myself as well. It's so rewarding seeing the fruits of your labor manifest right before your eyes.
