I'm a Nasm Certified Personal Trainer, with Specializations in Sports Performance Enhancement, & Corrective Exercise/Injury Prevention. I develop shooting skills, ball handling, & defensive skills. I design individualized programs for basketball players of all ages looking to improve Speed, Agility, & Quickness, as well as Increasing Vertical Explosiveness & Endurance. I also incorporate performing sports specific exercises to maximize improvement in the areas in most need of results that translate to the court/field. I specialize in Corrective Exercise training for athletes who are at risks for Knee, Ankle, & Shoulder injuries.

*I then design a specific individual program around getting the body to its best alignment & optimal movement patterns.
*Student/Athletes will run drills to assess current basketball skills & then I design a basketball specific program.
