I am a Basic Life Support instructor. I teach CPR/AED, and First Aid to Health Care Providers, Child caregivers, Baby sitters, Citizens, and children 7 years and up. I have over 25 years of experience in the medical field. Classes are tailored for the student to learn and retain the information.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will usually introduce myself via email, phone, or text. Briefly find out what they are trying to get out of class ans if they are focusing on a particular area. I also try to find if they are, audio, or hands on learners. Some may be a combo.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25 years in the medical field, 2 yrs as a BLS instructor
How did you get started teaching?
I have taught as a youth pastor, an instructor at a vocational college, and have been responsible for training staff
What types of students have you worked with?
Day care workers, nurses, medical assistants, baby sitters, and citizens who just wanted to be prepared
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you are comfortable and able to follow their instructions, and they are able ro hold your attention
