What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I love getting to know my students, their needs, and most importantly, their goals in taking my class. I am very good about giving study guides to prepare, I answer text/calls Way past 5pm, and I am understanding of different learning styles and abilities that I will need to adjust to in order for my students to learn and be successful with the information.
