Healthcare Essentials

Since 2007, Healthcare Essentials has offered BLS/CPR training and first aid certification courses in Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas. Our licensed instructors are certified by the American Heart Association to teach healthcare providers, day care workers, and the general public.

Classes are also offered by our owner, who is a licensed nurse. With 15 years of nursing experience she will teach you with real scenarios to help you fully understand the skills you are learning and why they are performed. You will learn how to efficiently and effectively perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), use an automated external defibrillator (AED), and give first aid during emergencies. You will undoubtedly learn a lot from our courses but we also pride ourselves on our fun and relaxed atmosphere. We make it a point to engage our students during class so they walk away feeling more confident about the skills they may have to perform.
