I love teaching music. I will personalize your lessons to you. Your music of choice and teach how and why this music works. The lessons follow your desire to learn certain songs and we disect them and learn from there.

I enjoy watching students learn the subtle truths about music. In most every student the come to an "Aha" moment. When they finally understand the puzzle. Thats when they really begin to learn.

Miguel is currently teaching my 13 year old the guitar. We like that he is extremely patient and will meet you where you are as a learner. He takes his time to explain finger/hand placement and makes sure to take my daughters musical interest into consideration when selecting what is being learned. There have been moments that we have had to miss her scheduled lesson and he has been flexible in fitting us in at a different time. We definitely recommend Miguel!

The initial lesson is to find out what level the student is on. Based on the level of guitar proficiency and knowledge of music theory, I create a lesson plan based on their needs and genre of choice. 

I have been teaching for 12 years and have been playing guitar for 34 years. 

150 for a month of lessons.

Older more advanced students can be done online successfully. 

Make sure you are ready to learn music theory. I good guitar/bass instructor will make sure you understand the theory and also the guitar technique needed.
