2A Texas Safety
About
I have had a passion for firearms since I was young. I joined the Marine Corps infantry right out of high school and deployed to Afghanistan. I became a designated marksman for my unit which gave me a great deal more of firmearms training. I had the privilege of being in the RIMPAC shooting competition and received a great deal of knowledge from the Marine Corps shooting team.
I enjoy training people to be as safe as possible and try to retrain how they think about firearms. The most Importnant thing is to not be afraid of them, but to respect them.
I love being able to take students that are new to firemarms and teach them how to be comfortable with them. To someone whose never handled a firemarm or has very little training they can be intimidaitng. But with help you can learn to respect them and enjoy them.
