What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I will work entirely around your approach. If you would like to work through homework or practice problems, I am all for it. If you prefer to let me do most of the talking and work, I'm fine with that as well. Or, just do your thing and ask me questions when you get stuck!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Auburn University with a 3.5 gpa. I recieved an A or high B in all my mathematics courses.
I have a sig sigma green belt - all you need to know is that means I'm good at statistics!
I love mental math and am always looking for ways to apply my knowledge!

I got started helping others in college.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have helped students of all ages, but not many children (4-8 years old)
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am very fond of my recent trip to Hawaii. Travelling is great for my soul!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for a tutor that is willing to work with you, not simply tutor you! The goal is to help you learn and succeed.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Just have a good understanding of what type of material and problems you would like to work through.
