What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know the students skills and working on improving/devloping others.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught and have job shadowed a few photographers in my day.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes I charge $65 per lesson which includes a presentation, tips, photo shooting, equipment, etc. To provide the most value per lesson I encourage my students to send me topics to cover before the session that way you learn what you are interested in. Topics include but are not limited to ISO, Shutter Speed, White Balance, etc.
How did you get started teaching?
I have used youtube as a means of teaching but decided to do more in person. In the past I have mentored high school students and taught middle schoolers in engineering related activities.
