About this pro

Hello, my name is Ismaiel Alkayali and I am currently 24 years old who has youth, college, and pro level experience in soccer starting from the age of 3.

I created AMSG to look for those young aspiring soccer athletes from all ages, who want to be pushed to the next level and develop the right skills needed to reach their goals.

It takes a lot of work on and off the field and I am committed to provide the right tools needed to do so.

The soccer sessions provided will not only push your child to find their skills, mindset, and ability needed to move forward, but will provide a professional atmosphere to know what it takes to move from the club level to academy level, and so on, until they reach their desired goal.

These one hour and a half sessions will provide skills to improve every aspect a successful soccer player needs based on their position, and what the individual wants or needs to improve on.

Not only will the sessions be provided, but information on how to get recruited, what clubs to put your child in, nutritional information, and preparing for elementary, middle, high school, club, academy, and college soccer.

Feel free to check out our instagram and facebook where all our content is at.

What I enjoy most about the work we do is how we get to work with individuals who are pursuing to better in there sport/passion which is soccer. To coach a great kid who loves to learn, take on new challenges and come out on top with all the hard work put in, is no better feeling. Being able to guide them with the right tools and experiences that we have personally learned from our past, only puts the athlete in a better place and has an advantage if they are putting in extra work to better. Soccer is our passion and helping others to reach a better or even more comfortable stage in their life is what we strive for.

Ish and Marc worked me the whole summer before heading to play for HBU my freshmen year. I thank them because they prepared me for the speed, strength, and to be able to adapt to the level. I am thankful they prepared me to play D1 NCAA because this is a major change from highschool soccer.

Ish, is very good with lessons and pushes you no matter what in order to succeed. He helps with techniques and anything that needs to be accomplished.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The first session is always an enhanced assessment of the individual. We need to see the strengths, weaknesses, and what to work on and grow, based on tests that we have come up with to dictate the level of touch, work ethic, and mental state the individual is in.

After the first session, the following sessions are run by what is needed based off the weaknesses and strengths.

Also, we love to see the individual in a game setting because this dictates the individuals IQ. You can have all the skill in the world, but if you are not smart, or work hard on and off the field, this is talented wasted.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Bachelors Degree of Science in Kinesiology graduating in 2017 and I am also First Aid CPR Certified.

I have 20 years of experience, from basic level club starting at 4, to playing with the top team Albion Sc San Diego in the country from the ages 15 - 18, and then going to NCAA Division 1 soccer in California State University Fullerton and Transferring to NCAA Division 1 soccer at Houston Baptist University.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

The prices are based on age, where you are coming from and if you are meeting us at a field that is near you, or near us. It is very flexible.

How did you get started teaching?

I have always been a player coach on the field because of my position (center mid)

Helping people grow in the same passion as me really inspired me to start coaching.

What types of students have you worked with?

Elementary, Club, Academy, college, and Professional levels. All levels!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

One of my clients, "anonymous name" at the age of 14, is a very talented player but has a rough attitude. Being patient with him and grinding day in and day out to not only on his skill, but his attitude has improved him as not only a player, but an individual who is much more respected in the game because he holds him self to a higher standard, and a better attitude. I love this project because going through the process of fixing his mentality, is a great thing.
