After having played Professional soccer at Division level I aim to pour out lessons I’ve learnt through my years of playing soccer.

I understand firsthand what it takes to go from zero training to being match-fit—and what it truly means to perform at a top level. One of the biggest setbacks aspiring players face is not knowing what they don’t know. That lack of insight can cost you valuable opportunities. My goal is to help you get ready before those opportunities come knocking.
