I have been working with ball players for 10 years now. I also ran a baseball organization and coached for the last 4 years, 9U-14U, before deciding to concentrate on 1 on 1 workouts this season.
My attention to detail and understanding what it takes to be successful on the field are top tier. I'm comfortable with athletes of any age and skill level. Finding a way to communicate what I need done is something that comes naturally to me.
I enjoy witnessing satisfaction my kids get when they master something we've been working hard on. Their joy is infectious and I love that part of working with our young athletes.

Coach Tadeo is Great with my son. He gives a lot of info in each lesson while pushing him to his limits to make him better and stronger. My son is enjoying every bit of it and looks forward to working with Tadeo on a weekly basis.

Coach Tadeo was amazing with my daughter. Very patient, yet kept her focused and made the most of the time I had paid for. After just one session her softball coach noticed an astounding difference in her skill and technique. Lessons with Tadeo are worth every penny. I have commited to having my daughter attend lessons every other week. Shes improving and enjoying it. Not to mention, its done wonders for her confidence level.

Tadeo is very knowledgeable about baseball. He is thorough with his lessons and has a true passion for the game. Always on time meeting for lessons And has a plan in place for each lesson based on what positions of baseball that need addressing.My son has improved dramatically in his agility and quickness and thanks to Tadeo he has helped my son transform into a much better baseball player.
