About
I am an outgoing, friendly coach that will make sure your athlete leaves every session a better player! My coaching style not only helps athletes improve their technical skills, but my coaching will help them gain a strong mental edge and become a better person too. I am a Certified Trianer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine with a specialty in Basketball Corrective Exercise as well as Mental Performance Training. I am unique because my athletes actually have FUN while still training hard!
I am extremely passionate coaching youth athletes and sharing my love of the sport of basketball. I have played basketball my whole life, since I was a little girl, all the way up through college where I played at the collegiate level. It is the greatest gift to be able to share the love of the sport and give back to other athletes!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
All my sessions are tailored to the athlete, so no two sessions will look alike. We will work on maximizing strengths and improving weaknesses. Each session does consist of a warm up, goal setting, and cool down in addition to whatever the focus is for the day.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Basketball Corrective Exercise Specialist, Mental Performance Specialist, CrossFit L-1 Coach, CPR/AED/First Aid Certified, and experience playing at the collegiate level!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing depends on how far the travelling is! Sessions typically run $50-$80/hour. I never want price to be an issue, so if a session is too much, you are welcome to bring a friend or teammate and split the price!
