We Grind Training
About
The growth that you will receive from the continuous repetitions will help your confidence. Muscle memory is 90% of what athletes need to be successful in any sport. I also believe that an athlete should be well rounded on and off the field. So professional development is part of my training as well. Bringing in Coaches, City professionals, people of the community, business professionals, as well professional athletes to talk to my athletes.
I enjoy helping athletes get results. The service that I will be able to provide will be able to expand beyond one sport. I have Coached several sports. The age range that I have Coached is from 3 to adults. Rather it's baseball, tennis, soccer, football, ping pong, track, cheerleading, boxing, kick boxing, karate, dance, , etc I will be able to provide training.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start out with an introduction, stretch, then do a few drills to see what we need to work on most. We create a plan together then go from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Parks and Recreation Management. My training comes from over 35 years of playing and or coaching sports and developing athletes.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
The pricing for my lessons is based on developing a well rounded athlete. I want them to know the things that they won't get from school. They will learn marketing, branding, investing, NIL, entrepreneurship,, and much more.
How did you get started teaching?
I started when I was 19 I was a camp counselor for a summer camp and then my senior year of college I was asked to create the Women's Soccer team at my college. I had to recruit, coach and train them and get them ready for a soccer season that was starting the next fall. From there I enjoyed that went on to the Boys and girls club as a Athletic Director, to a Site Director for and after school program, then a behavioral Hospital where I learned to deal with several behavioral issues, Coached high school football, youth baseball, football, soccer, tennis, strength and conditioning the list goes on and on.

Look for someone who will develop you entirely. Not just for the sport.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Just ask what you want to know. How long have the coach been coaching? Will they do off the field training as well?
