Govicare CPR provides CPR and First Aid training for healthcare professionals and the general public. Based in League City, Texas, the company focuses on practical, emergency-response skills that prepare participants to act confidently in critical situations.
Instruction is led by a certified CPR instructor who is a registered nurse with 8 years of medical-surgical experience and 3 years as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Course options include Basic Life Support (BLS) for clinicians such as nurses, physicians, EMS professionals, and respiratory therapists; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) for providers working in emergency, critical care, and ICU settings; Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) covering pediatric respiratory distress, shock, and cardiac arrest; and CPR & First Aid tailored to non-healthcare workers.
Training emphasizes assessment, high-quality CPR, and management of common medical emergencies across adult and pediatric populations. Regular hours are Fridays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with additional times and alternate locations available by arrangement.
