Yoga is a way of life and practicing yoga can form deeper connections both internally and externally. The basis of my teaching philosophy is that yoga can benefit all body types; if you can move with your breath, you can benefit from yoga.
I strongly believe in the sisterhood of women and that we can help and support each other. At my home studio that is "om yoga arts", I want women to know that it can be a place of refuge from their busy lives and that they can relax and rejuvenate through their yoga practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The typical proces for working with a new student is knowing what the reason is that the student chose yoga, knowing what the expectations are and is there are any end goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 8 years of experience teaching yoga and I am Yoga Alliance certified (RYT-200). I’m also trained in TM (Transcendental Meditation).
