Coach Pat did a full evaluation during our pitching lesson. He taught me how to stretch properly then took video of my pitching motions for evaluation later. After a few tweaks I could tell I had a lot more power and control of my pitches. I had been having some pain in my bicep and coach Pat was able to isolate the problem and show me the area to to massage out to help alleviate any future issues. We spent time on arm care at the end and how to probably rehab.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start with proper stretching, then focus on either pitching or hitting evaluations. I will use video technology to break down areas that need improvement. Once we focus on what needs the most attention, we start to work! We finish up our lessons with proper arm care and what our goals are for the next lesson.
