About
I've played baseball my entire life, spending time in all levels of the game. Playing rec leagues, select baseball, high school, and playing in college at Southwestern Assemblies of God University. I believe that one on one instruction is the best way to improve mechanically in baseball allowing for a good transfer from what the athlete does in practice to the games.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First lesson will mostly consist of me watching them do what they do and offering small adjustments here and there on issues I see as "quick-fix" issues. I use the first lesson to set up a plan of attack for improvements.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have played college baseball with some fantastic coaches and trainers who didn't use a "one-size-fits-all" approach and would individually assign drills based on the players. I have adopted this philosophy as well as been very tedious in the way I assign athletes to different exercises.
How did you get started teaching?
I began coaching for the Arlington Express last year and was coaching for a different organization prior. I have known of the Express since my days playing when I was growing up, and Justin Cotten decided to hire me on as the head coach of a 15u Express team and a 13u Express team.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with athletes as young as 8 and as old as 18.
