My name is Ben Workman, and not only do I love being on the field as a player and a trainer, I thrive on being the best possible mentor I can for these kids.
I currently hold a D license for coaching, and my experience includes: 14+ years of playing experience, 5+ years of Olympic development training within US Soccer, traveled with the 1st team in the age group to 3 different states, and played futsal for 10+ years.
I work under Fate of Fitness because I believe fitness is a virtuous necessity of life, and I want to be able to help kids improve on their athleticism.

Ben is wonderful, we have only completed one lesson, however, he was very responsive in communicating to set up a lesson. On time and very informative. He worked well with my son and my child can’t wait to do more with him.
