What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first training is very important since I’ll identify the skills and weaknesses firstly I evaluate the skills in the area where the student want to impove and then I evaluate all tha baseball skills so I can elaborate a work plan to reinforce and improve his natural abilities and teach to develop the weaknesses. I do all of my training outdoors.
