What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Depending on the age.  With younger players they can start right away with classes or instruction.  Older players we like to do a video analysis before we start with them

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in baseball my entire life.  I played, scouted, was a Head Coach.  I started Frozen Ropes in 2000.   So the the past 20 years I have done this.  We have sent over 1000 players to college or professional baseball.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't get fooled.  Come in and do a video analysis with the professionals first.  It's free then when you go get instruction somewhere you can know if your getting what you need or not

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Teachers are here to help.  Ask anything. Anytime
