I am a former pitcher that left the game due to injury. That injury would lead me to my true passion and fulfillment! I finished my bachelors in Exercise Science and then my Masters in Biomechanics. I teach Pitching, Hitting, and Fielding. I have worked with Little League, High School, College, and MLB players.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I enjoy getting to know each student during our first workout. I want to see their current skill level and set reasonable and realistic goals and expectations for their success.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i have a Masters degree in Biomechanics combined with over 20 years of coaching experience. I am a member of The American College of Sports Medicine as well as a degree in Exercise Physiology.

How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching as a result of an injury.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with professional athletes as well as beginner athletes. I even work with athletes with disabilities. I believe that every athlete deserves the opportunity to get better!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Have realistic expectations as well as make sure you are comfortable with your coach. Trust is a major step toward growing the process!
