Fred Klingelberger is a multifaceted professional with over 25 years of service in public safety, fitness, and forensic investigation. A former SWAT officer and certified crisis negotiator, Fred has dedicated his life to protecting and empowering others—whether through tactical operations, digital investigations, or martial arts instruction.
He is the founder of Lycan Technical Investigations, a Texas-based firm specializing in digital forensics, threat and risk assessments, cybersecurity consulting, and mobile device extractions for high-stakes compliance cases. Fred’s investigative work spans corporate fraud, cybercrime, and advanced open-source intelligence, with clients ranging from law firms to Fortune 500 companies.
Fred also owns and operates a thriving gym and nutrition club in Kaufman County, Texas, where he combines his passion for physical wellness with community-building. A lifelong martial artist, Fred holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Professor Marcio Santos and is an affiliate of the Carlos Machado lineage. He is also certified in Krav Maga and Gracie Survival Tactics, bringing real-world self-defense to students of all ages and backgrounds.
