Founded in 1966, the Creative Arts Center of Dallas is deeply rooted in the local community. Known for providing first-class arts instruction to students of all ages, the Center is guided by a vision of helping people discover, develop, and express their artistic vision. The Center's team of over 40 locally and nationally recognized professional artists offers more than 500 classes and workshops annually to around 1,500 students. A range of courses including art welding, clay sculpture, ceramics, drawing, and more are available. The Center also actively engages in community outreach, hosting programs for at-risk children and teens and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities.
