What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The session will start with a pre workout performance motivation in which we will focus on the mental side of sports, we will then start getting the body moving with cardio warm-up and isometric stretching to get muscles loose then go into stretching then flex/rotation afterwards go into specific drill training and conditioning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified in Stress Management and Athletic Development, I have been in the coaching/training capacity for 16 years training girls and boys ages 7 and up. Having the mind of a mentor I am your Athletic Mentor. It is my focus to help you develop your emotional intelligence to overcome the stress in your life to mentor the athletes mind and develop skills to compete.

How did you get started teaching?
I started playing sports in elementary and that same passion transferred to Dulles High School and participated in basketball, track and football until graduation in 2000. After high school I competed 10 years on the minor league level; GCFA, TUFA, BYFL and retired in 2015.
What types of students have you worked with?
Of the years of coaching I have won 10 championship games, 3 time coach of the year and have had players play overseas and several becoming successful on the high school, collegiate and minor league levels.
