As a former athlete, I enjoy the atmosphere and enthusiasm surrounding our facility everyday. Being able to pass along our knowledge from personal experiences allows me to really incorporate myself into each athlete's life. Also, seeing the growth of each athlete that trains with me for an extended period of time.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a good fit for both parties. Make sure the coach will push you to your limits each training session. Not only physically, but mentally.

Figure out short and long term goals.
