First I find out if they are an begginer, intermidate, advanced, or Ellie player and from that point on I customize an personal development program that will maximumixe enhance the potental at that skill level that their on.

I'm certified enhancement skills trainer thru one of the top NBA trainers in the industry.
I have played At all level school high school, collegiate, and professional level for 7 years retired in 2015.
I have worked with beginners to professional players.

How did you get started teaching?
Well I'm known as an gym rat which means I'm in the gym 24/7 but my college coach told me I would never play at the professional level get an job and that motivated me to stay in the gym for 10hrs working on my craft and taught myself how to develop myself. After I retired I was still working out seen an Asian kid working with his dad I too his dad to let him workout with me and within 2 weeks he started seeing results and has an freshman he made is varsity team after a couple of months thats what started me off. One more motivation factor my friend was 6'5 but couldn't dribble but could shoot jump out the gym. After my ball handling workous in the summer signed a big deal in Australia and to this day he stills pays me.

I have worked with all type of students of all different ethnics backgrounds and skills level to high profile athletes to amateurs and all of them believed in the process of how I run these organized workouts.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
August 15, 2017 I was announced board of director of scout of houston, Texas for Phenom Basketball, Phenom America, Phenom National Camp one of the best National basketball Camp in the world that gain your kid exposure from college scouts, competition, film breakdown education about the history of basketball of all level. I was truly excited about this opportunity.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you do your research on each person. Make sure they have an proven track record of the work they have done. Ask someone about the person that your thinking about hiring. Have they played in places your trying to get to.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Make sure this is something they truly want to do and the I passionate about it. This is hard work but if you believe and the teacher believe in you you will.be successful but make sure this is something that you really want.
