I provide various workouts catered specifically for the athlete. If you want to be faster, we can accomplish that, more explosive, done, more fundamentally sound, done, or even just maintaining current skills, we can do it. Basketball work(includes IQ, defense, conditioning, rebounding, dribbling, shooting, passing, agility) and track/XC work(includes conditioning, strength, time improvement, speed).
Seeing athletes accomplish the goals they have set for themselves and goals they didn't even know imaginable.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Not only seeing the students current level of skill, but testing the athlete in various drills in order to gauge progress.

I have worked with a wide range of students from the age of 4-30.

Hire someone not because of the amount of followers they have or who they work with, but who cares about YOUR success.
