I offer a variety of services in face-to-face or virtual interactions from chair zumba, chair yoga, zumba, yoga, meditation(zen therapy), music therapy, hip-hop dance, boot camp style workouts, cardio kickboxing, one on-one training, HIIT style workouts, belly dance, cardio, strength and conditioning and most recently pole fitness.
