What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When students comes to me, I first find out what they will like to achieve. They must have clear goals that they believe would let them be sucessful. Then they must let me know what was stopping them from reaching their target. We then make a plan to get to their goals. Together we discover how they learn best, and design strategies that will be tailored to give the best results in the shortest time.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Teachers Diploma, BA in Psychlogy and a Masters Degree in Education. I hold Texas Certifications in all the Core Subject Areas K-6 and ESL K-12, SPED K-12 Health, k-12 and ELA 4-8.
