We train the decision making portion in conjunction with the technical skills. This improves vision and decision making in games, which is the end goal of all training!

He has a lot of passion for what he does. I love how he takes the time to actually develop you into a better player. He takes his time with the drills and actually corrects you and gives out good advice when you need it.

Coach Macias is awesome! He is very kind and caring. He address his clients with respect. He is understanding and fair. Coach Macias teaches that skills need to be done correctly and that speed comes with time. He also assures that the client understand the importance of each skill he teaches.

Our daughter has shown vast improvement in the time she has been training with Coach Macias. He has befriended our youngest daughter and has her doing small tasks to keep her busy during our oldests training sessions. We are very pleased with his training!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I have an initial evaluation appointment. This allows me to evaluate the player, and the player to evaluate me. If we see that we will be able to work together, we set up a development plan and move forward.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- Played Div I collegiate soccer. We were rankedas high as #9 in the country when I played

- Played USISL (3rd Division professionally)

- Coached youth and high school varsity teams for over 20 years

- Coached girls U-16 team in Germany's 2nd highest Division

- I have coached (and still coach) at Div I collegiate summer soccer camps

- I have my US Soccer "D" coaching license
