About

Our philosophy is to teach the importance of education, sportsmanship, self-discipline, and motivation, while instilling solid basketball fundamentals. We will coach/train players as if they were in a Division 1 program, and we will demand the execution of proper basketball techniques. This will enable them to compete at a higher level while they are playing with their respective School teams and CMRT Trayning Academy teams.

Being able to empower young men and women with the skillset and confidence to reach their goals is the greatest reward I could ever receive from coaching.

In my experience with Coach Ray, I think that I have learned a lot and I love working with him because it is a huge learning moment for everyone. Doing while having it explained helps even more more. I think that pretty much anyone can benefit from training with him.
