What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Depends on the level of the athlete. We want to make sure you can learn effectively so confidence and self esteem is at an all time high.

Helping my brother with coaching his team and just decided to start training and teaching what I know
What types of students have you worked with?
Star PG Jalen Johnson at Summer Creek Highschool
and mostly 5th and 6th grade athletes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Our HoopEsteem training team all 5th and 6th grade lost a game to a more athletic and older team and came back to win the next 2 games to play that same team in the championship and we won by 12. My first championship win as a coach/trainer and it was a very special moment for me and the team mostly
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Just make sure you are comfortable and can communicate with the trainer Results can only come by hardwork and efforton top of being pushed aboved your limits to reach that untapped potential. Dont let training with a coach be the only time you are working out. Your individual workouts when no one around is what matters the most
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Am I willing to sacrifice and work hard to get better at every aspect of my skills so I can take my game to the next level
