Josh Martinez Basketball Lessons

Working hard and seeking information about different ways to perfect my craft got me to start on my 7th and 8th grade team and helped me earn a lot of attention and recognition. I started playing with varsity teams and older AAU teams while still in 7th grade. I learned fast and the time I got to my freshman year of high school I was on Varsity and stayed on all 4 years. I been on the newspaper multiple times and earned many awards, but the most memorable one is being named the best 3-point shooter in Texas my sophomore year. I'm now in college continuing to play basketball and learned much more. By getting the college experience I know what it takes to get to play at this level and know how to perfect your shot,handle the ball, and much more compared to others who haven't been through what I have.

What I enjoy most about the work I do is helping others improve their craft and reach their goals. Growing up I never had anyone teach me the things I know now or motivate me, I was mostly on my own. I want to be the one to teach you things I wish I would've learned earlier and motivate you to keep working hard. Now as a certified personal trainer I have a better understanding of the body and how it works, which will help me help you even more
