I am a bilingual elementary teacher. Ive taught in Baytown for ten years. I have a BFA from UH and certfied k to 4 and k to 12 in visual Arts. I have taught UIL and scored 3rd out of 17. I also run an after school Art Club. Ive taught full time at the One Clear Lake Art Alliance. I live Art and advocate that we are all artists. I love to bring out the hidden talents of my students. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I"m very patient. But. I do not teach oils. They dry too slow and time is important. I like immediate applications so learning is continuous. I prefer acrylic paint and mixed media. All humans can create. I can help you discover your how. If I can teach kids, I can teach anyone.

I teach art in afterschool programs and in university Summer camps. Private lessons on availability.
