About
I have a passion for yoga, not only because it has helped me physically and mentally thrive, but becuase it has given me an immense amount of joy to share it with anyone interested. The uniqueness of my teaching method is the ability to accomodate to your specific needs and goals integrating the physical aspect of a yoga practice (asana) with a yogic lifestyle (diet, habits, meditation, way of being)
I enjoy watching my students grow and evolve from yoga. It is their growth that motivates me to continue doing what I am doing.

How did you get started teaching?
I first started teaching Pilates back in 2015. This was a great transition into my passion and love for Yoga and what it has done for me and my students. I started teaching Yoga in 2017 and completed my Yoga Teacher Training in Vietnam at the Nomad Yoga School in Hoi An in 2018.
What types of students have you worked with?
- Ages 6-65
-Men & Women
-Injuried or limited mobility
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
The number one thing I would look for in a desired yoga teacher is their energy they give to their students. This can be measured in how they carry themselves in the classroom, how they interact with the students and they make you feel when they are teaching in a class. This is the most important thing, Because afterall, all yoga is essentially the same, however it is your teacher who will have the biggest impact on you and how you recieve that information.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are your goals, if you have any, when practicing yoga?
What do you hope to recieve out of this practice?
Do you have concerns when entering into a studio or when practicing?
