What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The student comes in and I evaluate them again after my pre screening. Then we will put a plan into place on what they need to work on and develop and we move from there.

I have been working with kids for 17 years. I'm currently a teacher's roll for my occupation. I have coaching trainings from all over the NCAA and great High school coaches.

How did you get started teaching?
I got started when my cousin came down from the storm in New Orleans and he asked me to train him and help him get a college scholarship. My love for coaching and training grew the more and I just made it a profession.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with all kinds of students from advanced to not so advance to never picking up a ball at all and wants to develop.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Choose wisely. There are a lot of guys out there that will try and train and take your money. Make sure you do a pre screening on them and do your research. It has been done to me every time I get started.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Honest and Truth will get you far.
