Nora Begona Art Painting Lessons
About
.Thanked a friend after her encouragement and support, I opened my first painting Studio in 1989. Decorative Painting was something very new in my country and I was blessed to have great success. People from many parts of the state came to take classes.
After many years of teaching and traveling around the world, spreading the love of Decorative Painting, I came across Botanical Art, which I fell in love instantly. I practiced, took courses and found that combining watercolor and colored pencil are my best mediums to work with. Now I am n the process of letting the people know this new endeavor and preparing myself for the exhibitions to come. I am highly passionate about Art, History, and Technology and every day I expand this creative process to my students, giving them the tools to find their own path in Art.

How did you get started teaching?
Thank a friend who encouraged me to open my own studio. I started my classes with 5 ladies, and from then on I did not stop.
I was blessed to have more than 100 students. Unfortunately, due to economic circumstances in my country, I had to close it and changed directions. A couple of years ago, I decided to come back with my painting classes, and here I am. Currently, I am giving classes at Michaels' store in Pasadena TX, as a Grumbacher Art Instructor.
