Hello! I’m Andy Benjamin, owner and lead trainer at PPT Baseball & Softball Training. I am a lifelong baseball fan and have been in operation for over 12 years.
Since its inception, PPT has produced several outstanding baseball and softball players in the Austin area. Our students started playing in recreation, Pony, Little Leagues, and select teams such as the RBI AUSTIN, Austin Horns, GPS Legends, and THZ Baseball. These same students have gone on to play varsity for local high schools and aspire to play collegiate. We pride ourselves on simplifying the complexity of baseball and softball. We employ a “sandlot approach” focusing on fundamental skills and the ideal of WORK HARD-PLAY HARD-HAVE FUN-FOCUS.

It was a pleasure being an assistant coach for Andy. He has a deep understanding of the game and is patient with his players, especially my nephew, who is deaf. He teaches kids life skills that go beyond the field. Looking forward to the nest season!

My son, now age 7, has only been playing baseball for about a year. He started in coach-pitch and never has the opportunity to play T-ball....so he got a late start. One of the best players on his team was trained by coach Andy. I got the referral from the boys parents. After having 1 session with coach Andy, my sons love for the game instantly grew. Coach Andy gave my son the confidence and tools he needed to develop his game. After having a few sessions with coach Andy, my son hits the ball every time and has made many defensive plays. My son looks forward to continuing sessions with coach Andy. Coach has that unique ability to work with kids and motivate them. So glad we found him!!!
