About

I train players for games, not for drills. Everything we will do in a workout will translate to results on the basketball court. A session will normally look like this

Step 1: Train it- this is where we develop the skill, I use drills to improve skills such as ball handling, shooting, and passing.

Step 2: Apply it- this is where I put you through real situations so that you can apply the skill you just learned, and feel comfortable using it in live situations.

Step 3: Understanding it- This is where I break down the skill in detail. You'll have the opportunity to ask questions, receive answers, and gain a deeper understanding of when, why, and how to use the skills we just practiced. This is where basketball IQ is developed.
