I believe Iam very empathetic. So thats where my approach towards teaching can be differentiated from other conventional methods. It will always be more of a personal bonding and empathetic teaching rather than just giving away lectures. I strive hard to let my students understand the subject rather than me just deliverig my mere duty.
My academic background- Iam a computer science graduate and also completed my MBA. I have been a Math topper. I have an year of professional teaching experience along with skype tutoring and personal coaching exerience.

I belive in teaching with empathy. I would understand the student's strengths and weaknesses and would align my teaching in accordance with his understanding and to meet his needs to improve in the subject.

Its very important for the students to connect with the teacher and build a rapport . So its important to first check if you can connect while keeping in check if the teacher is well qualified and well versed with the subject.

The areas of subjects where they believe they need help with. And the amount of time they want to and can spend in tutoring while considering their school time, their homework and other things.
