What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We enjoy meeting our Athletes face to face and start by LISTENING to them. During the initial conversations we strive to provide as much information as possible regarding what are the expectations on both sides. Then we get to work, and figure out what the athletes current skills are and so we can work on his/her weaknesses? We hope to convey to them that we are trustworthy and have their best interests in mind at all times.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Beau Archibald is a successful FIBA and NCAA basketball coach with both assistant and head coaching experience. He has 14 years experience of developing great domestic and international basketball players and. Beau has developed a great reputation in team scouting, developing defensive schemes, and player evaluation. His experiences demonstrate a strong track record of team success while excelling at player relations and player development through impactful motivational skills while being an effective communicator. He spent many years studying and working alongside Hall of Fame basketball coaches such as: Jim Calhoun, Bobby Knight, Hugh Durham, and Fei Wang (former Chinese National Team Coach). Beau also assisted in player development of NBA players such as Caron Butler, Hasheem Thabeat, A.J. Price, Kemba Walker, Ray Allen, Marcus Williams, Randolph Morris, and Gary Forbes

How did you get started teaching?
After Playing basketball in College and then professionally. I wanted to stay close to the game so I go into coaching and treaching the game.
