DFW Caregivers CPR Training Institue
About
DFW Caregivers CPR Training Institute provides American Heart Association–aligned CPR, BLS, and First Aid training to individuals and organizations across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. Based in Dallas, Texas, the institute offers weekly classes and on-site group sessions for businesses, schools, and community organizations, supplying all equipment and materials. Core BLS instruction covers adult, child, and infant CPR, AED use, choking relief, and team-based rescuer skills. Classes are taught by AHA-certified instructors—many with clinical backgrounds—are skills-focused, typically run about three hours, and use small, interactive formats.
Participants receive an AHA BLS CPR e-Card on the same day of completion, with certifications accepted nationwide and generally valid for two years. If a student does not pass the AHA BLS CPR course on the first attempt, a retake is offered at no additional cost. Training follows AHA guidelines, is OSHA compliant, and meets common employer requirements.
Expanded offerings include Heartsaver First Aid, Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED, Heartsaver Pediatric First Aid CPR AED, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS), and CPR training kits. On-site group training is available at a flat rate of $395 for up to 12 participants, including materials, instructor time, certification cards, and follow-up documentation. The training center is located at 16135 Preston Road, Suite 103, Dallas, TX 75248.
