I love horses. I have been training and riding for 50 years. I was a 4H member growing up. I have shown halter, ridden pleasure,reiners, cutters, English, roped and run barrels and all play day events. I was the AJQHA World champion barrel racer in 1980. I have placed numerous times at the AQHA World Show. I qualified for the Prairie Circuit Finals a few years. I have trained many horses and given lessons for years. I love to see students gain confidence and a bond with their horse.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Greeting the student and telling them a little about myself. Ask them questions to get to know them. Watch them groom the horse, saddle and ride the horse . Assess their abilities and knowledge. Start teaching to their ability. Learn their goals and work towards them.
